Information about how to order our luxury soaps and bathing products.

Payment

We use the Stripe and Paypal payment gateways to process debit/credit card payments from our website.
All debit/credit card information is controlled by these Payment Gateways - we have no access to your card details, so you can be sure that your details are safe & secure.

Sorry... we are unable to accept payments by cheque, cash or card over the phone.

Ordering Times

Please note: any orders received after 5pm will be considered as being placed the next working day.

Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days and either sent by Courier or Royal Mail.

Duration of delivery times will vary, depending on the provider used, your location, goods ordered and cost of service. We will send you tracking information where / when available.

We recommend there is someone at the delivery address to receive the order, as it may not fit through your letterbox and you would have to collect from your local Post Office or sorting office or re-arrange a courier delivery time.
We remind you it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct full address and postcode. If you have provided us with an incomplete or wrong address and your order is returned to us, we may charge you to resend your order. To avoid this happening please provide the full address which includes door number (or house name), street name, city and postcode.

Tracking

To aid with the delivery of your order, we may pass your email address on to the Courier, so they can send you delivery notifications directly and so you can access their Tracking services. Our usual Courier provider Privacy Policies can be found here:

Made An Error?

No problem. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can change your order before we dispatch it.

Stock

Sometimes we might run out of stock, although we generally only sell items that are in-stock. We shall let you know if any items you've ordered are out-of-stock, so you have the opportunity to change your mind or wait for us to get more products in-stock.

International Orders?

We are a UK-based business and are only taking orders for delivery to the UK.

Channel Islands - we are only able to ship non-liquid products to Guernsey and Jersey.

Product Ingredients

Occasionally we are asked to provide a full ingredients list for a product we supply.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide lists of ingredients, as these can be changed by the manufacturer without notice.
We recommend you contact the manufacturer directly, to see if they are able to help.

If you need to return a product/order, our postal address is:

Please include the following information when making a return:
- Order number.
- Your name and address.
- A copy of your order receipt (if possible).

If you require a different product, please include a note detailing your requirements and your postal address.

We reserve the right to charge an additional postage fee for re-sending orders.
It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in perfect condition (unopened and unused) with all tags, labels and packaging intact.
When sending your order back we recommend using an insured service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Sorry, but we cannot accept responsibility for damages to / loss of products in transit.

Refunds

If you would prefer a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in perfect condition (unopened and unused) with all tags, labels and packaging intact. We will be able to process a refund for you upon receipt of your returned items.

Postage is non-refundable unless you are returning an item because of a manufacturer fault. You must return the item within 28 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted after the 28 days of receipt have expired.
