How To Order

Information about how to order our luxury soap and bathing products.


We use the Paypal payment gateway to process debit/credit card payments from our website.
All debit/credit card information is controlled by Paypal - we have no access to your card details, so you can be sure that your details are safe & secure.

Sorry... we are unable to accept payments by cheque or cash, or by card over the phone.

Postage & Packing Charges

We charge postage & packing per order based on the following quantities of items ordered:

We are usually able to dispatch orders within 3 working days.
Most orders are sent by Royal Mail, but we might sometimes use other Courier companies, depending on the size of order.

We recommend there is someone at the delivery address to receive the order, as it may not fit through your letterbox and you would have to collect from your local Post Office or sorting office.
We remind you it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct full address and postcode. If you have provided us with an incomplete or wrong address and your order is returned to us, we may charge you to resend your order. To avoid this happening please provide the full address which includes door number (or house name), street name, city and postcode plus any special delivery instructions (if necessary).

Made An Error?

No problem. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can change your order before we dispatch.


Sometimes we might run out of stock, although we generally only sell items that are in-stock. We shall let you know if any items you've ordered are out-of-stock, so you have the opportunity to change your mind or wait for us to get more products in-stock.

International Orders?

We are a UK-based business and are stockists of Michel Design Works, The Scottish Fine Soaps Company, Our Tiny Bees, The Somerset Toiletry Company and Beyond Benefits Aromatherapy products and are only taking orders from (and delivering to) UK, Jersey and Guernsey customers at the moment.

Product Ingredients

Occasionally we are asked to provide full ingredients lists for the products we supply.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide lists of ingredients, as these can be changed by the manufacturer without notice.
We recommend you contact the manufacturer directly, to see if they are able to help.

Please include the following information when making a return:
- Your name and address.
- A copy of your order receipt, if possible.

If you require a different product, please include a note detailing your requirements and your postal address.

We reserve the right to charge an additional postage fee for re-sending orders.
It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in perfect condition (unopened and unused) with all tags, labels and packaging intact
When sending your order back we recommend using an insured service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.


If you would prefer a refund please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be able to process a refund for you. It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in perfect condition (unopened and unused) with all tags, labels and packaging intact. Postage is non-refundable unless you are returning an item because of a manufacturer fault. You must return the item within 28 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted after the 28 days of receipt have expired.
